Managing your Customers

Managing your customers or clients is simple just navigate to the ‘customers’ tab. If you don’t see this option you may need to upgrade your plan or get in touch with us. Create multiple accounts under one organisation. Each account is separate, so you can link specific ad platform accounts to each Kepla account, and manage user access to that account.

Create new customers

  1. Navigate to the ‘Customers’ tab
  2. Click ‘Create new Customer’
  3. Enter the name of this Customer
  4. Navigate to the newly created customer and link the desired accounts Learn how here: Account Integrations

Delete Customers

  1. From the ‘Customers’ tab.
  2. Click on the ‘Actions’ dropdown
  3. Click on ‘Delete’ from the dropdown

Note: Please make sure you’re not logged into the customer you’re deleting, as this may cause a cookies error. This type of error can be fixed by removing your Kepla cookies or removing the most recent browsing history.

Navigating Customers

Navigate to the ‘Customers’ tab for an overview of all your clients.

Use the top left dropdown menu to quickly navigate between existing customers.
