Creating Budgets

Create a new budget by simply naming your budget, selecting the Kepla Customer, Ad Account and entering the budget amount.

Budget 22March.mov

1. Create a Budget

You can create budgets or 'budget groups' across multiple clients or campaigns. You can set a budget period: weekly or monthly (custom + scheduled budgets coming soon).

When creating budgets you can specify the campaigns you wish to include (filtered by certain conditions e.g. name, platform, campaign type). We will eventually add in conditional logic, based on campaign performance and more so you can dynamically optimise your budgets towards key goals.

2. Choose your Automations

We have a few automations to select right off the bat, allowing you to put your budget management on autopilot.

Overspend Protection - We'll automatically pause your campaigns when the budget is reached, then reactivate them when the new budget cycle starts.

Budget Pacing - Kepla ****will ****automatically update the daily budgets of your campaigns to ensure your spend is paced as evenly as possible, checking spend data every 3-6 hours. This works incredibly well with Overspend Protection.

Budget Rollover - ****Underspend / overspend is rolled over to the next budget cycle, or held as a credit which you can apply or discard.

3. Select channels and campaigns to be included

You can choose campaigns from various platforms, and filter down to certain campaign names, or select 'all campaigns' which will use all currently enabled campaigns within your account.

Campaign Selection

This budget section defines how Kepla will interact with various campaigns and spend allocation.

All campaigns - Selecting this will spread the budget across all your campaigns

Campaign Type - Select all campaigns by Search, Display or Performance Max

Campaign Name - Type in a phrase contained in your naming convention eg ‘Brand’

Specific Campaigns - Choose campaigns from the dropdown menu
